The third sports facility of Super Kings Academy in the Western region of Tamil Nadu is coming up on the premises of NIFT TEA College of Knitwear Fashion in Tiruppur district. The other two are in Salem and Coimbatore. The academy in Coimbatore, located at the FE Sports Zone on the VK Road in Thaneer Pandal, was launched by Chennai Super Kings (CSK) cricketer Ambati Rayudu. The academy has partnered with Yali Sports Academy to develop the facility in Tiruppur with turf wickets, astro-turf wickets, matting wickets, and floodlights, college sources said.
