Patna: A day after leader of opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, hit out at the Election Commission (EC) reiterating his allegations of rigging in the 2024 Maharashtra assembly election and possibility of the same happening in Bihar polls, Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, on Sunday accused the poll body of "defeating" the winning candidates as they stopped short of forming the govt in 2020. "We are more alert this time," Tejashwi said.Talking to reporters, Tejashwi alleged that during the 2020 assembly polls, they were close to forming the govt in the state, but suddenly the EC stopped the counting of votes.
